HOT!!! $50 Off Gobble Meals Promo, Plus Service Review; BEST OFFER EVER!!!

Over the past several months, I have been trying all of the meal delivery services out there. One of them, however, really stands out in terms of simplicity and EASY, QUICK cooking. Every one of Gobble’s recipes was on the table within 15 minutes, most of them made with one hand with the other holding a clingy baby. If you are short on time, or maybe lack in skills in the cooking department, WOW is this a good one for you to try! Their meals were also well balanced, and delicious, which is an oh-so-important factor for me! I also was able to choose which of my meals I wanted to receive (you can always skip a week if it doesn’t work for your schedule or you don’t want what they offer that week!). Here’s what they sent in my box:

Porcini Mushroom Ravioli with Lacinato Kale & Caramelized Onions, served with a side Vietnamese Salad

Oh.My.Goodness. This one was just incredible. There were chunky mushrooms inside of the ravioli, and the sauce was incredible. I was very excited, as the sauce was so simple, but PACKED with so much flavor; we will absolutely be making this one again. the fresh herbs and garlic made this absolutely wonderful. I never would have thought to serve this on a bed of kale and carmelized onions (onions were shipped already cooked; SO simple!), but it was very tasty and a great way to shove some veggies into hubby’s diet 🙂 . This was a huge winner for us, and I can’t wait to do it again.

Chinese Chicken Lettuce Cups with Fragrant Jasmine Rice

I am a huge lettuce wraps fan, so when I saw this as one of the options, I knew we had to order it. The chicken had so much flavor when mixed with the shallot & garlic confit (cooked and finely minced shallots and garlic), and then tossed in an amazing asian sauce. The rice was already made, so I only had to spend 30 seconds reheating, and the dipping sauce was already ready to go. For such a laborious type of meal, this one was super quick to put together, and SO much food!

Bistro Filet Au Poivre with A Demi Glaze & Roasted Garlic Mashed Poatoes

I have never heard of this cut before, but I would have sworn that it was a Filet Mignon. It was also cut with our forks, and the spiced crust was delicious. I loved the super simple demi glaze that was like a very rich gravy/pan sauce that went well with everything. The veggies were perfectly cooked with a little crisp to them, and the mashed potatoes were already cooked. Those were reheated for 30 seconds, and I added already roasted garlic cloves. I was VERY happy with this one, and it look less than 15 minutes to hit the table. Using a cast iron skillet made this one go super fast, and we didn’t have to even use a different pan to put the whole dish together!

BONUS: Baked Conchiglie Mac & Cheese side item

I got this as a side item, but it turned out to be an entire meal all by itself. This was a super creamy, cheesy, baked macaroni and cheese. I put this one together, and then actually baked it (an optional step) in my oven proof bowls for a nice crust. There was SO much cheese, and for a non-blue box mac and cheese, this was very yummy, and way more than the 3 of us could eat as a full meal.

Overall I think that everything was so easy and already prepped, and incredibly fast. Especially on nights that dinner just isn’t going to happen, which happens a lot more than I would like to admit, a service like this is super helpful to defend your family agai  nst having pizza delivered – again. I would highly recommend trying out the service, especially with their introductory offer! Right now, they are offering $50 off your first box , which is the best offer that we have ever seen! That is cheaper and quicker than going out to the drive through, and much healthier too!
